Just like many of you, I hope that 2022 will be a good year.
I am also aware that it is not enough to hope. A big chunk of our health and well-being comes with taking responsibility.
We can do things to initiate and support our growth, healing, development, success, and health.
Think of well-being as your foundation. It is a foundation for all other goals that you set: a promotion at work, buying a house, building a business, you name it.
Many will argue that well-being is such a broad and abstract term. Well, it is broad and hard to define. But we all know when it's missing.
We all know what it feels like when we did not sleep well, had too many drinks, or were stressed at work.
It includes mindfulness to build the foundation of your well-being.
Mindfulness teaches us to pay attention to what's missing and what's working specifically for YOU. Mindfulness creates an opportunity for your change.
I invite you to explore mindfulness in the mindfulness challenge/experiment for the next three weeks.
During this challenge/experiment – I will be sharing practical mindfulness, breathing, movement tools.
Three times a week: Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday – I will be sending you a link to a 15-20 minutes zoom meeting
Three weeks.
9 am CET – before most of you start your work.
During these meetings, we will simply practice different aspects of mindfulness.
You will also be offered different resources for your personal exploration.
No pressure. If you can – you join the zoom.
If you can't – you will receive a note and a link for your practice.
This challenge intends to integrate mindfulness practice into your daily routine and allow you to learn more about its principles.
